Refund and cancellation policy
Refund policy :
Refunds are not applicable for any kind of memberships and/or drop-in sessions. Once a service/product is purchased at Studio Ananta, no refunds will be issued. Additionally, memberships and credits are fully non-transferable and cannot be transferred to another member in part or whole.
Cancellation policy
Members are permitted to cancel sessions up to 3 hours prior to the scheduled session time. Each member is entitled to a maximum of 2 cancellations per month without incurring penalties.
For any membership, cancellations beyond the allotted 2-per-month will result in the membership being put on a ‘freeze state’, hindering the member from using their account. This policy applies to both cancelled and no-show instances. The member must appeal with Studio Ananta to lift their ‘freeze’ in order to re-access their membership. A ‘freeze fee’ is applicable for penalty based instances.
Membership Freeze Policy
Monthly members are not eligible to freeze their accounts.
Quarterly members have the option to freeze their accounts for a maximum of 15 consecutive days during their membership period, while yearly members may freeze their accounts for a maximum of 15 days, twice per year. It is imperative that members take their 15-day leave in a single instance.
